*09/28/25 TEK Update- We are running smoothly again and have been filling many new orders lately. Note please that the products from China are subject to a relatively ~ modest extra tariff fee.
In the Denafrips case the amount is based on the declared value of the shipment. And the shipping company will collect that tariff after the item arrives in the US, before they can deliver it. DHL for example, and it can be easily handled via a link they send. Pontus 15th for example have been getting through lately with $88 tariff.
For Jay's Audio, LHY and Kinki Studios orders there is an upfront amount that needs to be collected for the tariff and this pre-pays the tariff so then no further downstream payment required. They have a cost adder table that determines the amount based on the item retail cost. Please see the relevant main pages for the actual cost adder table amount.
And generally, it takes a couple of days to process and prepare an order and then usually arrives within a week once shipped.
