*02/09/26 TEK Update- please note that the Chinese New Year holidays are in progress from Feb 10th 2026, and normal business operations will resume on Feb 24th 2026. Thus there will generally be some additional delay in shipping orders during this time. *09/28/25 TEK Update- We are running smoothly again and have been filling many new orders lately. PLEASE NOTE- the products from China are subject to a relatively ~ modest additional tariff fee. By ~ modest, we mean that Pontus 15th for example have been coming through lately with ~ $80 tariff.
In the Denafrips case the amount is based on the declared value of the shipment. And the shipping company will collect that tariff after the item arrives in the US, before they can deliver it.
And generally, it takes a couple of days to process and prepare an order and then usually arrives within a week once shipped.
